Beautiful holiday house in the typical landscape of the Chianti area, completely renovated and made even more beautiful and provided with all the comforts by its current owners. Due to its strategic location, "Casa Belmonte" is ideal for visiting the major cities of art in Tuscany such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca, or for those who prefer to rest and to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Tuscan hills, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, woods and cypress trees. The holiday house is divided into a main house with 2 bedrooms and an outbuilding where there are 2 other bedrooms. In the back and on one side of the house there are 2 other houses (one of which is inhabited by the owner), but these have a completely separate entrance: the guests can therefore enjoy the private outdoor areas and a private swimming pool placed at a lower level compared to the house, where you can also enjoy a beautiful view of Castellina in Chianti. The pool is characterized by Roman steps and is surrounded by a lawn and a pleasant gazebo with table, table-tennis and a small bar fridge. About 20 meters from the house is a second area with a covered patio and equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining. Outside guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (6x12, 1.20-2.20 m deep) (15/05-15/09) with Roman steps surrounded by a well-kept lawn. Next to the pool is a lovely covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining Wi-Fi Internet connection, high chair and baby bed are included in the price. Available on request and to be paid for on location: chef, babysitter, maid. PLEASE NOTE: Only small pets are allowed. Arrivals must take place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. ACCOMMODATION: (total of 180 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance area, living room (TV with satellite channels, CD player) with large fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board) with fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine, hairdryer). 1st fl.: 1 master double bedroom with four poster bed from the early 1900s, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. (Outbuilding - m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining/kitchen area with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have windows that are up high. Although the outbuilding is attached to the main house there is no indoor connection between one another.
