This characteristic, small stone-built holiday house, a former hayloft, is in the Chianti hills at about 200 m from the picturesque and medieval hamlet of San Gusmé (1 grocery store). From the grounds you enjoy an extensive and beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and a few of the imposing renaissance villas. Peaceful location. The accommodation is located on the edge of a fenced-in olive grove (4,000 m2), which includes a beautiful swimming pool (bath and pool towels – 1 per person/week- are included). Parking. Situated 5 km from the nice and ancient town of Castelnuovo Berardenga (all kinds of shops), 15 km from Siena, famous for its marvelous “Piazza del Campo”, where the Palio race takes place twice a year, and the imposing Cathedral. 50 km Arezzo and 65 km the fascinating art city of Florence, with its famous Galleria degli Uffizi.
