Details of the Villa

Casa Maria is a lovely private villa with its own electrically heated pool (at no extra charge) and stunning mountain views, situated in exclusive Las Coloradas and is just 10 minutes from the wonderful Papagayo beaches (swimsuits not needed on part of this beach). The area is quiet and relaxed. There are a couple of 5 star hotels, which have evening entertainment and lovely restaurants.There are bar/cafe's, which sells wonderful ice-creams! and a good sports bar. There is a good supermarket and children's play area over the road. Along the prom will take you into Playa Blanca itself. A car is not essential, so long as you like walking. Inside The spacious open-plan living area has patio doors to both aspects of the terrace and a modern fully-fitted kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed,and wardrobe, dressing table& mirror, hairdryer,and clock/radio. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside chest and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, washing line, iron and board. The villa comes with 32 ins TV with full English package of programmes including sports and movies. blu-ray player, stereo and an xbox. A good selection DVD's. Outside Private heated pool is surrounded by a large terrace and garden. A table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ are provided for guests use.
