Villa Carina is a beautiful villa situated near the magnificent Marina Rubicon in the stunning resort of Playa Blanca. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, WiFi, A/C and MAGNIFICENT Hot Tub. Villa Carina has 3 bedrooms over 2 floors. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king size bed with ensuite and private balcony overlooking to terrace and pool area, perfect for that morning coffee. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor hosting twin beds in both. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you would expect from a villa of this standard and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, electric hob, toaster, kettle and plenty of cooking equipment to please most home chefs. Villa Carina has an open plan lounge and dining area, which is decorated to a high standard, giving a real home from home feel. The lounge has enough seating for all and boasts a fantastic TV with IPTV system giving plenty of top satellite channels to choose from, meaning there is plenty of choice for all ages. Outside the villa has a good sized, south facing terrace with large electrically heated pool. The pool is approximately 8 x 4m. The villa is located in the residential area of El Partidor, which is only 1.3km from Marina Rubicon. From the Marina, you can head either east or west along the 8.5km of promenade skirting the incredible coast of Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca itself has an abundance of fine restaurants and bars to choose from, giving you a huge choice of international cuisine, along with the simple but delicious typical Canarian foods. Playa Blanca also hosts some of the finest beaches you will ever visit, including the world renown Papagayo beaches. Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
