"Wringford Farm Annexe, a single-storey annex, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining seating for two people, and Freeview TV, and a sitting room with Freeview TV, DVDs, and a DVD player. The bedroom is a double, serviced by a bathroom. You'll find a shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 0.8 miles, and beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Find your perfect escape at Wringford Farm Annexe. Note: thirteen acres of fields and woodlands with wildlife for guests and dogs to explore. Note: Dogs to be kept on leads if they chase peacocks roaming free. Note: Use of owner's washing machine on request. Note: No children under twelve years old."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
