Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 2 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.
2. Minimum stay:
1st October to18th December & 4th January to 31st May - 3 nights.
19th December to 3rd January, June & September - 5 nights;
July and August - 7 nights
3. A breakage/damage deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon arrival (in cash), this amount will be returned at the end of the stay after key deliver and inspection to the property, if there are no breakages or damages.
4. Check in from 16:00h
Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 6pm:
between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros
between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
5. The check out is until 11am
