The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are off the living area, as is the laundry corner. On the lower ground floor is the games room with billiards, ping-pong, PlayStation and Wii, and fitness corner, as well as the private sun-corner perfect for lazing away in those sunny afternoons on the sunbeds or hammock. The roof-top sun terrace with its privacy screens, additional sunbeds and two comfortable armchairs is the perfect place to enjoy those amazing views over the countryside and coast, ending a perfect day at this wonderful villa. A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC. Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on. Booking Notes The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300€ is required, payable by credit card prior to your arrival. The minimum stay is 07 nights.
