No pets, no smokers or smoking (smoke alarms). Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am. Check ins after 8pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of £70. Damage deposit of £400, this which is automatically canceled after verifying the apartment conditions upon departure and no breakages or damages have occurred during your stay. This will collected at the time of booking. End cleaning is included, but the property should still be left in reasonable condition with all you belongings and rubbish removed.
