It comes with modern furniture and appliances and has a beautiful terrace. Moreover, the home features a trendy kitchen and two spacious bedrooms - perfect for both travellers and families alike. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The home spans across 2 stories so there is an abundance of space. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. There is ample natural light throughout the home. The living room area feeds directly into the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Both bedrooms can easily sleep 2 guests The master bedroom comes with a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the same floor and has another bathroom adjacent to it. Both bedrooms maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. To top it off, there is a south-facing terrace on the top floor - perfect for enjoying the sunset on a warm summer evening. The apartment has this inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the terrace. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! Just moments from historical buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep. The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes, but is just a moment’s walk to the excitement! For football lovers, it’s also located close by to Stamford Bridge stadium and Craven Cottage stadium. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Earl’s Court and West Brompton tube stations on the Piccadilly and District lines and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach. West Brompton station also offers access to the Overground. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
