The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is both spacious and filled with light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This two-bed has been fantastically renovated with a modern style. Bright, airy, trendy - this truly special home offers an incredibly modern and rich indoor space for you and your friends or family. The home comes with two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The reception room has been stylishly designed with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa for you to cosy up on and a large TV, ideal for evenings after a long day of exploring London. The reception feeds directly into the dining room, which fashions a cosy ambience complete with artwork and a beautiful hardwood floor. Next to the reception you will find the kitchen, which has been redesigned and is ready for you to cook up a storm. There is one bedroom on each floor. The master bedroom upstairs is truly the defining feature of this home - it sports a stunning modern design accompanied by a skylight and spans across the entire upper floor. Both bedrooms have a trendy and modern feel in its throws and selection of decor. The home maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen. The house has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the house must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the house free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the house is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home has self check-in, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. This home is located in Southwark, close to the Thames and sits between Waterloo and the Shard. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many exciting neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to the Southwark tube station (Jubilee line) and Waterloo station is not far away either. Moreover, it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach. Furthermore, many attractions in central London are around a 30-minute walk away. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this house. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this house and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this house you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This house is spacious, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
