The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. To top it off, the home benefits from ample natural light and an outdoor space. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. The home is located in a very sought-after neighbourhood, making walking to attractions, shops, restaurants and more, a feast for the eyes. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with beautifully designed en-suites. Both bedrooms maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Right in the heart of London’s Kensington area only moments away from High Street Kensington and Notting Hill Gate Stations, Harrods, Royal Albert Hall and close to the beautiful Hyde Park and its Kensington Palace, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Both Holland Park and Notting Hill are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The area is famed for them. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes. Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. In addition, this home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
