It has been fantastically refurbished throughout and it has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and flooded with natural light. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This three-bed penthouse flat has been beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style and trendy interior. Bright, airy, spacious - it's the perfect spot for both friends and family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa for you to cosy up on as well as a flat screen TV to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a large dining table that can seat up to six guests as well as a large skylight which floods the space with lots of natural light. A fantastic feature of this home is the stunning kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard and is fitted with all the necessary amenities and appliances. There is a total of three bedrooms - all maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. The master bedroom also features a stylish en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a desk and high-speed WiFi - ideal if you need to get some work done during your stay. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are enjoying your favourite book on the sofa after a long day out or preparing a tasty dinner in the kitchen. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Set in one of London’s trendiest locations, this home is next to the beautiful Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill and moments away from central London. With Baker Street, Marylebone and Camden Town a short distance away you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention some of the most popular parks in London. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can get to most hotspots with relative ease. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home is a few minutes away from St John’s Wood tube station (Jubilee line). In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. Lastly, Marylebone rail and bus stations are not too far either. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
