The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is spacious and filled with light. On top of that, it also benefits from cosy study and a patio. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. This fantastic three-bed home in the trendy Peckham neighbourhood has been recently renovated with modern interiors throughout. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for both friends and family. The living room and dining area has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a sofa for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of - absolutely ideal for socialising as much as relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, has been redesigned to a high standard and is ready for you to cook up a storm. There are a total of three bedrooms - to the rear of the property, a versatile additional bedroom currently laid out as a study, boasts en-suite access to a guest WC. On the first floor, there are another two well sized double bedrooms. All bedrooms maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Additionally, there are is a bathroom on the first floor, which is meticulously and carefully dressed with all necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint patio - ideal for warm summer evenings. The space has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the house must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the house is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Situated in an enviable location just off the High Street, it is the perfect location for friends or family looking to get the most out of what London has to offer. You will be surrounded by a myriad of amazing restaurants and bars, let alone a variety of parks and commons. With various bus and overground stations in the area, you have easy access to anywhere in London. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The property is superbly located within just a short walk of Queens Road Peckham and Peckham Rye stations for fast and frequent overground connections into Central London, as well as numerous regular bus routes linking the surrounding area. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this home and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
