It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a patio and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This one-bed home has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a dining table and trendy artwork. The stunning kitchen has been redesigned to the highest standard and has a variety of appliances and amenities. The bedroom maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Moreover, it boasts a comfortable en-suite bathroom. Last but not least, there is a cosy patio area in the front of the home - perfect for warm evenings or your morning coffee. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Right in the heart of Elephant and Castle, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Situated between West Square Gardens and the Imperial War Museum, you are surrounded by various restaurants, bars and shops. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in around 30 minutes. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits closest to Elephant and Castle station (Bakerloo and Northern lines) so you have easy access to anywhere in London. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. It’s worth noting that this home is located on the lower ground floor. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
