The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. The home is located in a very sought-after neighbourhood, making walking to attractions, shops, restaurants and more, a feast for the eyes. The home has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style. Bright, airy, functional - it is the perfect spot for both friends and family. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a comfortable sofa to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV to kick back in front of. The living room leads straight into the open plan kitchen which is equipped with all the amenities needed to cook up a storm. There are two bedrooms - both maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a spacious bath. The flat has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in one of the stunning bedrooms. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Both Holland Park and Notting Hill are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The area is famed for them. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 15 minutes. Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you need help locating it. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
