Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for a group of travellers or professionals looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The living room area feeds directly into the modern open plan kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and is ready for you to cook up a storm. The bedroom maintains this trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Moreover, there is a spacious bathroom. Last but not least, there is a cosy balcony - perfect for your morning coffee or warm evenings. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down on the balcony. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Located in one of London’s most charming residential areas, you’re only one Northern Line tube ride away from the centre of the city, but you’ll have plenty of amenities available to you throughout the areas of Angel and Islington. There are a host of brunch spots, bars, restaurants and even kebab shops if you’re so inclined. The Regent’s canal is also nearby, offering you picturesque walking routes that can take you closer to the city centre, or further afield. Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you need help locating it. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
