The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is filled with natural light. On top of that, it benefits from a garden as well as separate reception and dining areas. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. This beautiful 3-bed house in one of London’s trendiest neighbourhoods has been recently redesigned with a modern yet cozy style. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for both friends and family. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on - perfect for socialising as much as relaxing. There is also a separate dining area with a large dining table that can comfortably seat six guests. The generously roomy kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. It also has direct access to the garden. There are a total of three bedrooms and an additional study with a sofa bed. All bedrooms maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Additionally, there are two bathrooms and a separate WC, all meticulously and carefully dressed with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint rear garden - ideal for warm summer evenings. The house has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. With various bus and overground stations in the area, you have easy access to anywhere in London. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits between Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations (Overground and rail stations) so you have easy access to anywhere in London. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
