Staff wear gloves for cleaning.This beautiful 2-bedroom flat has recently been redesigned and refurbished to a high standard. The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This two-bed home has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style. Cosy, airy, and functional - it's the perfect spot for travellers and professionals alike. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a large corner sofa and an armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. Moreover, there is a dining table that can comfortably seat up to four guests. The flat features two spacious bedrooms - both maintain a trendy ambience in its throws and selection of decor and the master bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a separate bathroom as well. The apartment has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many exciting neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is surrounded by other family homes and cafes, not to mention the variety of parks and commons in the area. The flat is a short walk from Putney rail station and East Putney tube station (District line), so you have easy access to central London in 20 minutes or less. You’ll also have access to several bus routes, which can take you all over the city, albeit a little slower, and if you want to take it low and slow, you can happily walk to several London hotspots in an hour or less! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
