The Villa is located on a quiet complex walking distance from sandy beaches and shops at Protaras area, and a 10 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. The Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and it is fully furnished and equipped, with a private pool and air conditioning and heating throughout. The villa itself is very modern, light and spacious. The well equipped kitchen is all new and modern. A modern dining table to seat 6 sits in the middle of the large open plan dining area, which then leads to the spacious lounge with comfortable sofas. There are flat screen TV, DVD player and Wifi. With a 8×4 m. private pool and, comfortable furnishings, large outdoor area along with a private yard with a barbecue, there is nothing more you could want for a holiday. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle yet less than 10 minutes’ drive takes you Ayia Napa center with all its bars and restaurants. De Costa Bay, a lovely Pebble beach is just 150m while 10 min stroll and you’re on the beautiful Fig tree sandy Bay. 15 min drive to the biggest water park in Cyprus. Corali Villa is a self-catering 2 floors villa with 3 specious bedrooms; 2 with double beds, and one with 2 single beds; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes with one family bathroom (wash basin and cabinet, toilet, and bath) and 1 bathroom (wash basin and cabinet, toilet, shower) upstairs and one guest toilet downstairs. Air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area, with flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD player. The living room is furnished with modern sofas, table, bookcase, lounge, sideboards, patio doors, marble staircase lead to bedrooms upstairs. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool (8 x 4 meters) with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor shower and furniture. Private parking is available free of charge. All necessary bed linen including bath and kitchen towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, free pool cleaning and maintenance twice a week. Additional services are available on request. Single gender groups accepted on request. 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. Our local property manager is available to assist with any problems. This is a no smoking villa.
