Villa Andreas has been stylishly decorated by a team of interior designers, giving a luxurious and homely feel. Downstairs features a large open plan area comprising of living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area with large L-shaped sofa is light and spacious. The flat screen TV provides channels from around the world and Netflix. In the dining area, the large wooden table comfortably seats 6 persons and the kitchen has all the modern features you would expect in a family home. A small WC completes the downstairs. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with bunk beds (sleeps 2). All bedrooms share 2 bathrooms which both come with Showers and WC. All rooms are fully air-conditioned for comfort. Outside we have a comfortable seating area for dining complete with BBQ facilities. The property is less than 5 minutes to the closest beach which also provides diving and water sports. LOCAL AREA Protaras extends along the eastern coast of Paralimni and stretches for 10km from the district of ‘Kapparis’ to the location of ‘Konnos’. Hundreds of windmills grant its landscape a quaint, tranquil beauty. Fantastic beaches with crystal clear waters are found along this coast, most of them accredited with the prestigious Blue Flag status. Fig Tree Bay is the most precious gem on this coastal tiara and is named after the solidary fig tree that has been planted here by eastern invaders in the 17th century. On the headland of the bay one can see the recently revealed, glass-covered Hellenistic tombs. The selection of watersports abounds at these beaches, ranging from skiing and paragliding to snorkeling and scuba diving and the boats wait on the piers to take you for unforgettable trips.
