Our modern apartment located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people. It has a living space of 47 m² and is located in a modern building with outdoor parking in a nearby building. With a design decoration and furnished with a modern taste, we are in a spacious and bright apartment. It is distributed as follows: Bedroom with a double bed and closets. It has a bathroom outside the bedroom with shower and a spacious living room with sofa bed, with internet access (wifi) and Smart TV. The kitchenette, induction, is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has a hairdryer, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and iron. It is located a few meters from Garcia Sanabria Park, one of the most famous parks in the capital, with numerous shops and restaurants. With a lot of movement during the day, but very quiet at night. On foot, there is the supermarket 'SUPERDINO' at 45m; the streetcar stop 'LA PAZ' at 1km; the pharmacy 'GUANCHE' at 140M; and a hospital 'HOSPITEN LA RAMBLA' at 350m; Noi Restaurant at 9m and Tasca Teneguía at 2m. By car, there is the 'PLAYA DE LAS TERESITAS' at 9km; the 'PARQUE NACIONAL DEL TEIDE' at 41km; and the 'PARQUE DE ATRACCIONES SIAM PARK' at 79km.
