"25 Devonshire Drive consists of a kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, and microwave, and a living/dining room with TV, gas fire, and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of two doubles. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and shed, and off-road parking for one car plus additional public parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. However you decide to spend your days here in Derbyshire, guarantee a memorable getaway with a stay at 25 Devonshire Drive. Note: The shed can be used for secure bike storage. Pull out sofa bed, sleeps one. Please note: camper vans cannot park on the close, but there is available parking at the nearby train station. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
