The house can also be rented with two further bedrooms and bathrooms,giving a maximum occupancy of 14 ( which are otherwise closed off) at a higher weekly rate.
Set in the "grande Champagne" Cognac region, amoungst the vignes. We are central to many towns and attractions Barbezieux is the nearest town, with 4 supermarkets, bars restaurants and banks. Only 15 minutes from " les Antilles" water park. 15 minutes from Cognac.
The charente river gives the opportunity for canoeing and boat trips. Bordeaux only one hour away, less by train.
Near to Historic towns of Angoulême,Cognac, Pons and Saintes.
The Atlantic coast is less than an hours drive away with the Côte Sauvage offering some of the most stunning coastline and beaches in the South-West. La Rochelle is around 1hr15mins away and from here you can also explore the beautiful islands of Ré and Oleron just off the coast.
We rent the house Saturday to Saturday.
On booking a 20% deposit is required and the balance due Six weeks prior to your arrival date.
