"Oak Shepherd Hut is a single-storey hut consisting of a studio-style living space with double bed, combi microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, dining seating for two people, and sitting area, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a shared garden with gravelled area, fire-pit, barbecue, furniture, and lawn, along with off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles, pub in 2.2 miles, and river in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, logs, charcoal, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Oak Shepherd Hut is a characterful base for a rural retreat in Dorset. Note: The site is accessed via a private gravel track. Note: Steps up to property - please take care. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
