Please note that a refundable 20,000THB (you may pay the equivilent amount in USD, Euro, AUD or British Pound) security deposit will be required upon arrival and from this we will deduct 6 baht per unit for electricity. The deposit (minus electric costs) will be returned on your departure provided the villa is left in good order (higher deposit for long term).
