"Meadow View Cottage consists of a kitchen with AGA, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with TV, wood-burning stove, and dining seating. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and twin. There is a bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, basin, and WC, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, furniture and off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 3.5 miles and a pub within 2.6 miles All of this awaits at Meadow View Cottage. Note: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Please Note: Children of all ages are welcome at this property. However, there is limited space in the bedrooms to put up a travel cot.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
