"Swallow Studio is a single-storey unit that has a shared entrance with the attached studio, once inside the hallway you have your own private door, once in the studio you will be greeted with an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining seating for two people, and Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room. In the entrance hall to the studios is a shared washing machine. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, along with private driveway parking for one car. Highchair available. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, and lake in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Swallow Studio is a lovely base for rural getaway in Gloucester. Note: Stables available at an additional charge. Please contact Manor Cottages prior to booking your stay to check for availability. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
