"The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for eight, a utility with washer/dryer and a sitting room with electric flame-effect stove, TV, and a selection of DVDs and games. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and a family room with super-king-size and to singles with en-suite shower room, all serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a large patio with furniture and views over the countryside with ample off-road parking. Within 3.6 miles there is shop and 2.3 miles a pub. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore the Wye Valley at The Granary. Note: A welcome hamper of sugar, milk, tea and coffee, herbs and spices and olive oil are provided in the kitchen. Note: The property can accommodate between 6-8 guests, plus a travel cot. Please note: This property has a 3 night minimum stay"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
