"18 George Street is a superb terraced property resting in the city of Chester. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double and a single, together sleeping three people and served by a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear patio area with table and chairs and plenty of public car parking spaces nearby. 18 George Street is a delightful base for that long awaited city break. City centre paid public parking nearby. Note: The rear garden wall is around 2.5ft high, care to be taken as this leads to steep bank of canal. Please also note that in keeping with the character of this property as per the pictures, there are four sandstone steps to access the property which approx 9 inches high, please do take care on these steps. Please note: The closest car park to the property is Delamere Street, however parking can also be located on Garden Lane. Please note: Minimum stay: 3 nights. Please note: this property only accepted a Monday and Friday check in. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
