"Swallows Barn has 3 beautiful rooms.
In the main Barn you will find - 1 x ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, bidet and WC. 1 x twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Also a Cloakroom with basin and WC. In the delightful annex 'The Nest' with it's own private entrance, 1 x double bed, small lounge and en suite bathroom. Gas central heating with electric fire - Fuel and power inc. in rent. Kitchen - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. External utility. Conservatory/dining room. Sunroom, Summerhouse. Living/dining room with electric fire. Smart TV, Bose Stereo Surround Sound, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Child Friendly - Cot and High chair provided, please bring own linen for these. Large front garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Rear enclosed multi-level garden with patio and furniture. Off-road parking for up to 5 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
