This residence was in the past one of the beautiful farmhouses scattered throughout the Tuscan countryside. The ancient Etruscans built their houses on the hilltops, because they were healthier, but also because they loved the views and beauty: the same concepts that even today we still use to choose a holiday home. Thanks to its location, you have a wide selection of recreational activities at hand, ranging from the Terme di Chianciano (spa facilities) just a few miles away, to the many ancient towns in the area, such as Montepulciano and Pienza, an architectural jewel, as well as Montalcino with its prestigious Brunello wine. Siena is further away but still easily accessible. The fully renovated farmhouse has been divided into two apartments which communicate with each other, therefore allowing two families of friends to spend their holiday together, but maintaining each their own privacy. The farmhouse is surrounded by the countryside with small vineyards, olive groves, fields and small woods. The fenced-in property includes large outdoor areas with garden furniture and a swimming pool (12x5,1.20-1.70 m deep) (15/05-30/09). The house has central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor, Wi-Fi Internet connection and a baby bed.
