"The Hideaway consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for five people, and sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is enclosed wraparound decking with furniture, and designated, off-road parking for one car. One-well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. YouÔÇÖll find a shop in 0.6 miles, pub in 0.8 miles, and a beach in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. The Hideaway is a fine base for a West Sussex getaway. Please note: If you are booking for work purposes or considered as a worker booking, please call before booking online. Please note: The property only suits up to two adults, and 2 kids under 18. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
