Details of the Apartment

The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and one balcony upstairs. Downstairs there is a living room with satellite TV (32” flat screen), a small bathroom for guests and a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, cookware and dining table on a mezzanine floor. You can directly access the terrace and garage from the living room (for further details please find the last picture with a floorplan). The Area The property is placed on a foothill, it offers a sea view from the upper swimming pool. Surrounding consists of palm groves and a few private villas. The best sandy beach - Choeng Mon is 6 minutes far by car. On the Choeng Mon beach road, you can find plenty of restaurants offering local or western food. You can take a massage or gym workout directly in the property. If you prefer Yoga, the international award-winning Absolute Sanctuary yoga retreat resort is 3 minutes ride. The most famous attraction of Koh Samui - The Big Budha temple is 8 minutes far in a car. Samui's favourite venue for dining and night shopping, The Fisherman village is 14 minutes far by a car. The tourist centre of the island, the Chaweng with countless numbers of street shops, restaurants and 6km long beach, is 9 minutes far with a car. The 2 storeys Central Festival shopping mall with Cinema can be found in the Chaweng as well. There are 5 hospitals on the island, 3 shopping malls, Makro food supplies store. The nearest groceries is only 3 minutes far on a  scooter (time estimates based on Google maps).
