On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, with two en suite bath and shower rooms and WC. Upstairs there is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area with a wood burning fire and access to the garden. There is a third floor, outside decking area which can be accessed via two bedrooms and the living room. Guests can have unlimited access to the spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools and gym. There are many indoor and outdoor facilities available for you to enjoy on site, such as; bike hire, tennis, watersports, indoor soft play, children's activities and adults' classes. Swimmers should ensure that they do not enter the water bodies without supervision from others of their household 4. Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn 5.
