A Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area and a full sized sofa sleeper and a full sizedself-inflating bed allow you the maximum in flexibility for sleeping arrangements! Central heat and cool air keep you comfortable. There is a stacked, front loader washer and dryer in a closet next to the kitchen. Everything you need for a great condo vacation. The rich granite countertops highlight the beautiful kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove and convection oven. A built-in microwave and full sized side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser are included in this newly remodeled unit. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player in the living area and an additional TV in the queen bedroom. There is an iPod dock alarm clock the queen bedroom. The Dockside Condos are centrally located in South Clearwater Beach close to all the action of Shephard’s nightclub, restaurants, sports bars, miniature golf and more, as well as being only two blocks to the beach. From the front door you step out onto the entry walkway and enjoy the view of the inter-coastal waterway all the way to the Memorial Causeway Bridge and downtown Clearwater. From the bedrooms you have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. A shared pool and available dock/boat slip are additional features of this location. But you can not have trailers on the property.
