There is one bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. This condo features WIFI and cable TV programming in every room. In addition, the Clearwater Beach Recreational Complex is at the end of the block. From March - October the awesome Family Aquatic Center is open with its water playground area. The Recreational Complex is open all year round. Complex has a fitness center, 3 lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball/pickleball court and many other amenities for a small daily admission fee. 2nd floor unit is accessibly by stairs only. No elevator. 5 Night Minimum Rentals except for dates listed below: 7 Night Minimum Rental for Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks.
