Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, April, June, July to Mid-August. One week minimum stay. Rest of the year 5 night minimum, except holidays. Holidays are 7 day minimum; Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter and 4th of July. No Smoking. No Fishing Off the Docks. No Parties. No Trailers. Check-in is after 4pm Check-out is before 10am
