"Rockhill Farm Hay Barn consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV, books, and games. The bedrooms are king-size and double, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a wrap-around lawn, rear enclosed patio with dog shower, furniture, and barbecue, front terrace with furniture, and designated parking for two cars with additional parking available and EV Charging for one car at an additional cost. One well-behaved dog welcome (sorry, no other pets). Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Rockhill Farm Hay Barn is a lovely base for a Shropshire getaway. Note: Owners live on-site and can assist with any questions. Note: Hairdryers in each bedroom. Note: Tower fans provided in each bedroom during the warmer months. Note: Dog mat, towel, bowl, and welcome treats provided."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
