Location! 100 m from the Colico station, right on Lake Como (North Part where you can enjoy both lake & mountains) which has a direct connection to/from Milano Central Station and 3 minutes walk from the lake front, where ferry terminal, many cafe, bars and restaurants are! Newly renovated stone house with lots of lights, a full kitchen, large bathroom and a bed room with big wardrobes are. Also strong Wi-Fi & Satellite TV was a great bonus for this area! Supermarket, good bakery and Laundromat was just around a corner! Our apartments are recommended greatly to solo traveller, a couple and a family! The new GLICINE apartment with kitchen, a large bedroom and a large bathroom (equipped with shower) have also a real and beautiful fireplace . PRIVATE PARKING is available for a fee upon request. The apartment are FULLY EQUIPPED. YOU JUST HAVE TO ARRIVE AND ENJOY YOUR JOYFUL HOLIDAY!!!! We are a couple who runs some properties on both sides of Northern Lake Como and managing an organic fruit farm in Domaso dedicated to natural and healthy foods. Colico is the last town north of Lecco Province and is bathed by Lake Como. Once you arrive to Colico , you will surely walk on its beautiful lakefront that winds along the entire coast and connects the Nature Reserve of the Pian di Spagna with the more southern part.
