Details of the Apartment

Characteristic apartment (55 m2) in a hay barn which is part of a group of 18 houses , most of which are owned by local people who use them mainly as a country property, situated among the Valdelsa hills. The position is ideal for organizing excursions in the charming city centers of Tuscany such as San Gimignano, Siena or Florence. The apartment has been tastefully and carefully restored and it is particularly suitable for a couple. At guests’ disposal two gardens, one small in front of the apartment with breathtaking views on the hills; a second private garden is at the back of the house and it is characterized by a shady terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. In addition there is a large fenced pool (15x5 depth 1,5-2,3 m)(01/06-10/09) situated on one side of the hamlet. The pool is shared by the residents of the hamlet and each has his own sun beds. At the pool area there is a stone barbecue shared by all residents. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Central heating. PLEASE NOTE: Due to its position on the hill the paths from the parking area and those within the hamlet are all sloped. No smoking property. ACCOMMODATION: Gr.
