"The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen equipped with range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area for twenty and a sitting room with Smart TV and sofa bed, there is also a cinema room. The bedrooms consist of two second-floor super-king-sizes, two king-sizes with sofa beds, double, two second-floor doubles and a child bunk, serviced by a shower room on each floor. Outside there is a rear, enclosed patio with hot tub, outdoor play area, and private parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.4 miles a beach. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Bookcase is a wonderful setting for a family getaway to the coast. Note: Each sofa bed sleeps an additional two guests. Please note that charging of electric cars at this property is not allowed."
