"Picket Mead consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for five people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin, and single, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, along with roadside parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3 miles and pub in 3.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Picket Mead is a lovely base for a scenic getaway in Devon. Note: The cottage has an older-style staircase thatÔÇÖs a bit steeper than what you might find in newer properties, and some of the rooms have low ceilings and beams - something to keep in mind for those with mobility concerns."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
