"The Roost consists of an open-plan living space with a dining table and chairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with a two-ring hob, oven, and fridge with ice box. Patio doors lead to a private seating area with views over the gardens. The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the shower room includes a double walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC. Outside, there are well-kept lawns and gravel seating areas with countryside views. The property is accessed via a gate leading to a private gravel drive with parking spaces. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Babies welcome by prior arrangement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub within a short drive, with a wide range of attractions nearby including Lyme Bay Winery, Seaton Wetlands, the historic town of Colyton with its independent shops and tramway, and the seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
