"26 Manleigh Park, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, and kettle, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, plus communal picnic benches, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved dog welcome. Wifi is available in the office and bar areas only. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.2 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. 23 Manleigh Park is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: There are four steps up to the lodge; please take care. Note: Guests have access to a shared, on-site launderette, bar and a children's play area. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Note: Check-ins are not available for the 24th, 25th & 31st December 2024 and 1st Jan 2025."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
