"The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and washing machine, and a living/dining room with Smart TV. There's two double bedrooms, one with Jack-and-Jill access into the shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car with additional parking in a nearby car park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop 0.2 miles, a pub and River Conwy in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.3 miles. The Old Coach House offers a wonderful base for a getaway to Conwy. Note: The apartment rests above a tearoom, and is accessed via 15 external steps; please take care. Note: The parking area is accessed via a tight archway; please take care. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
