Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a sitting room with TV and sofa bed. There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a private garden and driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1 mile and a put in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Castle View Annex is a great base for exploring Dorset as a two. Note: There is a sofa bed in the sitting room, possible to accommodate two further guests; please request this in advance. Note: The owner lives next door. Note: There are some enclosed chickens to the side of the property. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
