It has easy access to the principal atractions of the city, Sevilla subway is the most close or Banco de España. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a 4 people capacity. The building has elevator. The bathroom is equipped with shower. Has iron, hairdryer, central heat, air conditioning, TV in the living room and also a double sofabed. The amwerican kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing maschine, kitchen utils, coffemaker, toaster. This apartment allows pets by a 30 euros charge per service. In Alterhome, we like to personally welcome our clients at the moment of their arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non smoking policy for all properties. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc. It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
