In the neighbourhood of Las Letras, so named because of its proximity to the museums in the city, one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Madrid. Its peaceful, car-free streets, its international feel with lots of foreigners living here, its enticing bars, shops and restaurants all make this the perfect area! Located in a quiet street in a small building without a lift. This two-level attic flat with a terrace is really unbelievable. It can sleep 10 and has four private bedrooms on the top level: two doubles and two twins. There are three full bathrooms with shower. The ground floor boasts two large spaces: a spacious living room and a kitchen–dining room. The apartment has been fully renovated with comfort first and foremost to create spacious, bright, pleasant rooms. The decor has been carefully designed down to the last detail and incorporates the latest in design: retro-inspired furniture, a range of colours and original old pieces, as well as brightly coloured works of modern art on the walls. The true gem of this apartment is the huge terrace, with furniture in the shade and in the sun. Its orientation means it gets the sun almost all day and into the evening. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The baby crib is subject to availability. Air conditioning in the living room and three of four bedrooms. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
