It is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants, museums and theaters, enjoying a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good isolation. Steeped in culture and history, very close to the Thyssen-Boernisza National Museum, the ICO Museum, Art and Architecture Exhibitions, Círculo de Bellas Artes and, of course, the Cibeles Fountain, Cortes is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in the city, a few meters from the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations. Apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift, with an area of ??200 m², it has the perfect capacity for 9 people. It has four bedrooms, the main room with a King size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each one of them and another bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a single sofa bed. In total there are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them complete with shower, of which two are ensuite, and a toilet. Entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a nice living area next to a dining room, with a separate kitchen from the living room, it is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, dryer, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking within 200 meters of the apartment. The baby crib is subject to availability. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
