This apartment is located in the most noble area of classical Madrid, steps away from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Prado Museum, close to the Palace Hotel, the Ritz Hotel and the prominent building of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, guarded by two stone lions. Walking around the apartment is a true delight. Plaza de Santa Ana and the Huertas neighbourhood, the Atocha station or the Retiro Park are only 5 minutes away. Surrounded by hundreds of tapas bars and Spanish restaurants. The apartment: This interior-facing apartment is located in a noble Mid-century building provided with a concierge service. It is accessed by an interior corridor leading to a beautiful lift. Located on the fourth floor, it can accommodate up to 8 people and comes with 3 spacious independent rooms. The master bedroom is provided with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two rooms have two single beds each. All rooms have a window overlooking the interior courtyard and enjoy a calm atmosphere. They are connected by a large, welcoming living/dining room decorated with exquisite taste. On entering the apartment there's a lovely hall giving access to the kitchen, which is provided with a small breakfast table. Next to it, there’s the second bathroom with shower. The main features of this apartment are the antique wood floors, the pickled doors and the antique window latches. Central heating, partial air-conditioning and Internet are provided. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 110 meters. The baby crib is subject to availability. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that there is a EUR 30 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
